Application Form & Entry Instructions

Complete all required fields to apply for the Rising Design Star Award. When you submit the form you will be directed to PayPal to pay your entry fee. Your entry is not complete until you have submitted a complete form and successfully paid your entry fee.

The deadline to enter is Saturday May 17th 11:59 PM. All form entries will be time stamped. Any forms submitted after 11:59 on the 10th of May are considered late.

Application fee is $25 plus processing fees for a total of $26.43

*Statement and project photos PDFUpload a brief statement (maximum of 150-250 words) about your design project and how it met the project goals. Include in the same pdf your project photos and/or design concept presentation. It should not be more than 5 slides total. This will only accept PDF files as an upload, max size 50(MB). If your file is larger, you will need to email the chapter administrator for an upload dropbox.

*Terms & Conditions For EntryEntrants retain all intellectual property rights to their entries, but grant ASID NY Metro and WH Magazine the right to use/post their design and name for marketing purposes. Applicants must sign usage authorization form provided post submission.

Please download the usage authorization agreement from Westchester Home, sign and date it. Take a photo of the completed and signed document and upload it back to this form so we have a copy of your signed authorization as part of your application.
